Extra virgin olive oil

The extra virgin olive oil from Portugal is a medium fruity green olive, complex, very fresh and balanced. With marked notes of green olive leaf, fresh grass, green banana peel and green tomato notes. Slightly bitter and spicy, very persistent in the mouth with a harmonious finish of dried fruit.
OliveEmotion extra virgin olive oil is indicated for tastings, seasoning and finishing dishes, but it can be used in all types of cuisine. It is not a defect that it becomes cloudy or solidifies by lowering the ambient temperature.

Extra virgin olive oil offers a variety of health benefits such as improving intestinal transit, contributing to growth, delaying aging, reducing bad cholesterol and strengthening the immune system. Among the properties of olive oil, especially good fats stand out, such as monounsaturated fatty acids, which are one of the best for controlling our health.

Extra virgin olive oil contains phenolic compounds and therefore has an important antioxidant action for our skin. As it has polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega 3, which are beneficial to health, it helps to protect the heart and control cholesterol. Including vitamins A, D, E and K allows for strengthening bones, preventing aging, and promoting the development of many functions in the body.

Varieties: Cobrançosa (60%), Galega (25%) and Cordovil (15%).

Balsamic vinegar OliveEmotion 

Balsamic Vinegar is a 6% acidity vinegar.
Ingredients: Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Crumpy Must, Caramel color (contains sulphites). Ideal for seasoning salads, preparing sauces and tasting together with OliveEmotion oil.

Balsamic vinegar has health benefits:

White wine vinegar

OliveEmotion's White Wine Vinegar from Portugal is a vinegar with 6% acidity.
Ingredients: Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Preservative (E220) (Contains Sulphites)

Ideal for seasoning salads and fish and preparing sauces.
