Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Alicante Bouchet 20% e Syrah 30%
Vinification: The grapes of the different varieties are harvested according to their state of ripeness and vinified separately. The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel temperature control, and steps made by robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging is in French and American oak barrels, new and used for 12 months.
Color: Deep garnet
Nose: Notes of menthol, cassis and black fruits harmonized with nuances of toast from the barrel where it aged and some chocolate black.
Palate: In the mouth it is a structured and elegant wine, with tannins silky. The finish is very persistent.
Wine Pairing: Ideal to accompany red meats, lamb, game, redfish, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
