This wine is the product of one of the best of the fourteen Portuguese wine regions, the Dão.
The Casa da Anadia Dão 2015 Rose Wine results from the Palace's vineyards, which are one of the most important examples of 17th century manor architecture in Portugal, with origins dating back to the 16th century.
This Casa Anadia Dão 2015 Rosé Wine is vinified using direct pressing, natural decantation and fermentation with temperature control (17 ° c), followed by a 3-month aging in a cement vat.
That is why we have make sure to have several representatives of Dão, one of them, this wine. Enjoy!
