This Sparkling Wine RS Rose Bruto 2018 produced in Mealhada, located in the Bairrada region, with a minimum aging period of 9 months in the bottle before the «Degorgement». Then, the bottles are kept horizontally, lying down in an environment with 60-70% humidity and temperatures of 15ºC.

Tasting Notes: When tasting this Sparkling Wine RS Rose Bruto 2018, we registered a Sparkling Wine with a beautiful and clear bright pink color with salmon tones, a sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble with good string formation. On the nose we register a fresh fruity aroma, notes of strawberry and/or cherry well integrated with complex aromas resulting from aging in the bottle. In the mouth it is lively, elegant and at the same time irreverent for its good acidity and persistence, good mousse.
