Intense wine reveals itself in the taste by combining utacitric and mentholated with mineral notes. It presents an excellent acidity,with body, notes of lime and dark, giving it delicacy and persistence in the palate, patent of thegive, patent of the minerality of wines of altitude, Dão Serrano.
Vinification and ageing
Pre-fermentative maceration of 12 hours with cooling, soft pressing,natural decantation followed by slow fermentation at a controlledcontrolled temperature of 14ºC.
Alcohol content: 13% v/v
Total Acidity: 6,33g/L
Residual Sugars: 0,3g/L
Serving: Temperature 5 to 7oC, can accompany fish dishes, white meats and low-fat cheeses.
Bottles lying in a ventilated and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC and with relative humidity around 60%.
