Nature has given the Dão Demarcated Region a set of happy geographical coincidences. Among deeply mountainous areas, valleys coexist with hills and smooth, rounded slopes.
The White Wine QUINTA DO SOBRAL RESERVE 2017 is a wine from Santar, Dão Wine Region, whose harvest took place in the second week of September 2017, gathering the Encruzado and Malvazia grapes, which were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18Kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, after which the grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed, then the must was transferred to a small stainless steel tank, where it decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. Finally, the clean must started fermenting in 500l French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Battonage was made during fermentation. The wine remained in the barrels for 4 months.
Tasting Notes: When you enjoy the QUINTA DO SOBRAL RESERVE 2017 White Wine, you will see a clear and citrus color, on the nose you can smell aromas of lemon, apple and orange blossom, while in the mouth tasting it shows aromatic complexity, fineness and large barrel volume quality.

Serving temperature is: Serve between 7º and 12.º C.
