To learn more about Quinta do Sobral click here, now about this Wine, Quinta do Sobral Harvest White 2021 is a Wine whose harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, into small boxes of 18Kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must passed into a small stainless steel tank, where it was decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must started fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature.

Tasting Note: After tasting Quinta do Sobral Harvest White 2021 we agree with the enologist that we are looking at a very aromatic wine with a very pleasant floral nose and very feminine, in the mouth it is straight, very fresh, with a lot of acidity and with a medium aftertaste.

Grapes/varietes:   Encruzado and Malvasia Fina.

Harmonization:Here the Quinta do Sobral Harvest White 2021 is also, like Rosé Wine and White Wine of the same range and I label it a Wine for everyday life, that wine to always have on hand, to accompany any meal well.

Final note: All Quinta do Sobral wines are made with indigenous yeasts, without chemical or mechanical intervention. Therefore, it is subject to deposits and/or formation of crystals, as it is a natural product.
