Grape Varieties: Códega do Larinho and Viosinho
Vinification: After destemming, the grapes are crushed gently, the resulting must is separated from the films in the pneumatic press and subjected to a static decantation for 24 hours, duly protected from oxidation, until it reaches the desired degree of clarity. Fermentation is continued in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 16 ° C.
TASTING NOTES: Clear appearance, presenting a citrusy color. Of fine aroma, it presents notes to tropical fruits, revealing great volume, freshness and correct acidity with a pleasant end of mouth.
HOW TO SERVE: Ideal to accompany salads, fatty fish dishes and seafood, or simply as an appetizer. It should be served fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC
