VINIFICAÇÃO E ESTÁGIO: Maceração pré-fermentativa de 48 horas com temperatura controlada. Colheita separada de cada casta, desengace, esmagamento, fermentação alcoólica com temperaturas controladas em pequenos lagares a 25°C, com submersão em manta. Delastage e remontagem com aeração. Maceração pós-fermentativa com controle de temperatura. Fermentação maloláctica em barricas de carvalho francês.

  

Produzido na Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, a partir de uvas cuidadosamente selecionadas das castas Trincadeira e Alicante Bouschet.

Je suis né en France, je ne pensais pas que le vin était fait dans le monde si bon ou même spécial, et dans une certaine mesure, beaucoup mieux et moins cher dans certains cas. La plus grande surprise est qu'ils arrivent à la maison et à un bon prix.
