Viticulture: Environmentally sustainable farming practices in vineyards older than 20 years, easternoriented in basaltic soils with good drainage.
Winemaking: Fermentation in barrels and underground concrete tanks with batonnage. Bottled in February, will develop well in the bottle.
Better enjoyed: 2016-2025.
