CAPELA Red Wine DOC Alentejo 2019 Casa Clara - from Moura.

Grapes are carefully selected both during the harvest and in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed before crushing. Pelicular maceration over 5 days.  

NOTA DE PROVA: CAPELA Red Wine DOC Alentejo 2019 Garnet colour. On the nose, the wine shows a fresh red fruit aroma with balsamic and some spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth, with a light aftertaste and notes of wild fruit that confirm the aromatic sensations.

GRAPES: 50% Trincadeira, 45% Aragonez and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

HARMONIZAÇÃO/MARIDAGEM: CAPELA Red Wine DOC Alentejo 2019 It was tried with meals and dishes with roast meat (e.g. lamb), vegetables, pasta, pizza or simply reading a book..
