Philosophy: A wine for all occasions, easy to drink and can be enjoyed on its own or great with grilled meats, cooked and grilled vegetables and creamy pastas.
Harvest: Dry year with an annual rainfall well below average, but with grapes of high quality and concentration.
Viniculture: Environmentally sustainable farming practices in vineyards between 15 and 20 years old, southern-oriented in calcareous soils with good drainage.
Winemaking: Partial destemming without crushing. Fermentation takes place in underground concrete tanks, followed by pre-aging also in concrete tanks, at low and without temperature fluctuations before aging in oak barrels for six months.
