Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak half barrels.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red in colour, this wine captivates for its well defined aromas of ripe fruit, with hints of spice and fine toast.
On the palate it is seductively expressive, revealing well-integrated red fruit with polished tannins leading to a lingering elegant finish.
