Grape Varieties: Syrah.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested according to their ripeness.

The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where the treading is by robot.

Malolactic fermentation and aging is in new and 2nd use barrels for 9 months.

Color: Deep Grenade

Nose: With notes of ripe red fruits, black plums, cocoa and some toast surrounding.

Palate: In the mouth it is a remarkable wine, silky tannins, which gives it enormous depth.

Wine Pairing: Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, fish roast, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
