Year of harvest: Extremely dry year with an annual rainfall well below average, low production induced but with grapes of high quality and concentration.
Viticulture: Environmentally sustainable farming practices in 15 years old vineyards, western-oriented in calcareous soils with good drainage.
Winemaking: Fermentation in barrels and underground concrete tanks with batonnage. Bottled in February, will develop well in the bottle.
Better enjoyed: 2016-2025.
