This Ribatejo Gin is a simple honor to the church of Graça located in the city and capital of Santarém district in Portugal.

Santarém is the capital of Gothic and where this nice gin is produced.Made by a set of 7 distillations, it is crystal clear and has a proud and persistent tear. The region's specially selected aromatics and characteristics give it a distinctive bouquet and exuberant character. The traditional distillation process also gives it full intensity, a structured body and lasting persistence. In its composition are 21 botanists, some of which are produced by our distillery. With the generous imprint of the Portuguese juniper and the striking uniqueness of the butternut squash, coriander seeds, rose pepper, cardamom, walnut, tomato, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, St. Roberto's wort, St. John's wort, oregano, linden, rosemary , rosemary, thyme, orange blossom, lemon, tangerine and cinnamon.
