Dispute Resolution

Shipping of Your Order

At Made in Portucale, we guarantee that the shipping of your orders is fast and secure. Orders are generally dispatched within up to 2 working days after payment confirmation, via UPS, with online tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with mandatory signature, an additional cost may apply — in that case, please contact us before selecting this option.

Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you will always receive a link to track your order in real time.

Shipping fees include costs of handling, packaging and transport. Handling costs are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the order. For greater convenience and savings, we recommend grouping all items in a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be grouped, and shipping costs will apply to each.

All orders are shipped with special care, ensuring resistant packaging and adequate protection for fragile items.

➡️ Shop with confidence at Made in Portucale — fast deliveries, secure packaging and authentic Portuguese products.
