The Quinta da Cismeira Grande Reserva 2019 is an exceptional wine from the DOC Douro region, crafted from 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Touriga Franca. With a limited production and a meticulous selection process, this wine embodies the rich winemaking heritage of the Douro Valley.

It showcases a deep violet color and an intense aromatic profile of ripe black fruits, rockrose, cocoa, and subtle hints of vanilla and toast, resulting from its 18-month aging in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels. On the palate, it is elegant and full-bodied, with firm and mature tannins, leading to a long and persistent finish.

The 2019 vintage faced challenging climatic conditions but resulted in grapes of excellent health and perfect ripeness. This wine can be enjoyed now but has an aging potential of 10 to 15 years, developing greater complexity and sophistication over time.
