Quinta do Sobral de Santar White Colheita is an elegant white wine produced in the noble village of Santar, in the heart of the Dão region. Result of careful viticulture and low-intervention winemaking, it showcases the freshness and minerality of Dão’s granitic terroir.
Bright citrus color, with delicate aromas of white peach, orange blossom and subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, it’s balanced, fresh and persistent, ideal for warm days and delicately flavored dishes.
