The olive grove undergoes a maintenance pruning every two years and is produced without any type of irrigation, being an olive grove in rainfed culture, which allows to maintain the quality of the olives.
Its bottling takes place in its own mill with biological certification and in cold production mode, not exceeding 25 º centigrade in temperature. In this way, it is possible to maintain all the properties of olive oil, produced from Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal or Cordovil olives, which are characteristic of the upper Douro landscape. This symbiosis gives olive oil a different and unique flavor, typical of this region.
