Quinta da Furada belongs to the same family for at least seven generations, Pata D`Urso White Wine 2020 (Old grape varieties), is a Wine produced in the Douro Region, in a rainy year until the month of May, followed by a very dry and hot period. , causing production drops, as well as some dehydration in the most exposed grapes. Some rain at the end of August accelerated the maturation of the grapes. Result of a manual harvest with the choice of the best bunches in the vineyard. The grapes were crushed and destemmed and then pressed. After decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Part of the wine was aged in oak casks.
