ALGARVE WINE

Cabrita Sparkling Wine Blanc de Noir 2016 is a wine produced in the southernmost wine region of Portugal, in a terroir characterized by calcareous clay soils, the result of a Vineyard with Arinto and Verdelho grape varieties.

Wine produced in 2016, aged in stainless steel and old barrels until it was bottled in 2018. The yeasts remained in the bottle until 2020, when the disgorgement was carried out. Released to the market in December 2022.

Grape varieties: Negra Mole [100%].

Tasting note: When serving Cabrita Sparkling Wine Blanc by Noir 2016, in a glass, we appreciate an onion peel color, on the nose you can feel evolution in the notes of roasted apple and biscuit. The same notes appear on the palate, where the very fine bubble with medium pressure gives rise to a creamy mousse, supported by convinced acidity..
