Diário da Quinta Red Wine 2015

Diário da Quinta Red Wine 2015

Philosophy: A wine to be enjoyed at the table. Easy to drink and prepared especially for the meals of the day. Great for pasta, meats and fish dishes.

Harvest: Dry year with annual rainfall below average, low production induced but with grapes of high quality and concentration.

Viniculture: Environmentally sustainable farming practices in vineyards between 15 and 20 years old, southern-oriented in loamy loam soils with good drainage.

Winemaking: Partial destemming without crushing. Fermentation takes place in underground concrete tanks, followed by pre-aging also in concrete tanks, at low and with no temperature fluctuations before aging in oak barrels for three months.
