Joaquim Costa Vargas Wines are the result of a family-oriented history and production, with 25 hectares of own vineyards and the purpose of developing their own purpose and style with markedly Alentejo wines.
This JOAQUIM COSTA VARGAS White Wine 2018, is produced at Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, from carefully selected grapes and harvested by hand from the Antão Vaz variety, but it is a very particular monovarietal.
The JOAQUIM COSTA VARGAS White Wine 2018 is vinified in stainless steel vats with a capacity of 5,000 liters by the “open spout” method. Fermentation was carried out at temperatures close to 18ºC. During alcoholic fermentation, lees are deposited.
Tasting Notes: When enjoying a glass of JOAQUIM COSTA VARGAS White Wine 2018 you will observe a citrus color, in the nose we register a rich and immediately attractive aroma, fresh, intense and fruity, citrus and with well marked notes of tropical fruits.
