Monte da Igreja Red Wine, produced at Casa Clara, vinified by the traditional method of complete tanning, from grapes previously de-stemmed and crushed, with controlled fermentation temperature at 28-30ºC and with prolonged maceration, this with the grape varieties Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez and Trincadeira.

Tasting note: When we tasted this Wine, Monte da Igreja Red Wine is a garnet-colored Wine, on the nose we felt good aromas of ripe fruit, notes of wild blackberries and plums, in the mouth, the tannins are present but ripe and enveloping , harmonious and pleasant ending.
